AI Workspace

Our AI workspace service, AI Workspace, gives you access to third-party artificial intelligence models for chat, writing, research, and the creation of images and videos, together with personas and a prompt library. Your prompts, the files you attach and the text you send are processed by the third-party AI model providers we use to deliver the service, under their own usage policies, which you agree to follow. AI-generated output is produced automatically, may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, and may resemble output generated for other users; you are responsible for reviewing anything you use or publish. Where a social network or other platform requires AI-generated images or video to be labelled, you are responsible for labelling them when you post. Your plan includes a monthly allowance of credits; different models and creations use different amounts, unused credits do not carry over to the next month, and credits have no cash value. Videos you have not starred may be deleted after the retention period shown in your account. You keep the rights to the content you create, to the extent the law allows. You must own or hold a licence for any material you upload, and you may not use the service to create content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful, or that impersonates a real person or business. AI Workspace does not guarantee that any output will be suitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our AI workspace service complies with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree that you will not use our AI workspace service for any unlawful activity. AI Workspace reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our AI workspace service if we believe that you have violated these terms and conditions.

AI Workspace disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, course of dealing, or course of performance. AI Workspace does not warrant that the AI workspace service will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any errors in the AI workspace service will be corrected. You understand and agree that any use of our application is at your own risk.
