Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 2026
This policy is part of the Terms of Service of Marketing 2AI, the AI workspace operated by Walnut Grovez Inc. It says what you may and may not do with the service, how content is moderated, what happens when an account breaks the rules, and how to report material that should not be here. The service gives you access to text, image and video models run by third-party AI providers; their usage policies apply to what you send them as well as this one.
Who may use the service
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. One account is for one person or organisation; you are responsible for everything done through it.
Prohibited uses
You may not use the service, or anything you create with it, to:
- Break the law or help anyone else do so, including fraud, scams, phishing, money laundering, unlicensed sale of regulated goods, or any activity that is illegal where you or the audience are.
- Infringe rights: reproduce or imitate copyrighted works, trademarks, trade secrets or someone's likeness or voice without the right to do so; the service is not a way to launder protected material into "new" content.
- Impersonate or deceive: create or distribute deepfakes or synthetic images, video or audio of a real person without their consent; pass off AI output as the work of a real person or organisation; generate fake reviews, testimonials, endorsements, news or official communications; run disinformation or coordinated inauthentic campaigns; or hide that content is AI-generated where a platform, a law or an honest reader would expect to know.
- Produce sexual content involving minors in any form, including drawings, descriptions or "aged-up" depictions. We report this where the law requires, without notice.
- Produce or distribute sexually explicit content of real people without their consent, non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexual content presented as or targeting minors.
- Harm people: harass, threaten, bully, defame or discriminate against anyone; glorify or incite violence, terrorism or self-harm; promote hatred against people because of a protected characteristic.
- Create dangerous content: instructions or material that provide meaningful help to make weapons capable of mass casualties, explosives, dangerous chemicals or biological agents, malware, or attacks on computer systems or infrastructure.
- Give regulated advice as if it were professional: the service may help you draft, research or summarise, but it does not provide medical, legal, financial, tax, insurance or other licensed professional advice, and you may not present its output to others as such or rely on it instead of a qualified professional.
- Exploit the service: probe, scan or overload it, share accounts, resell access, scrape outputs at scale, attempt to extract model weights or system prompts, bypass plan limits, safety filters or provider policies, or use it to build a competing model.
- Send unsolicited messages (spam) generated with the service, or use it to collect personal data without a lawful basis.
Content you are responsible for
You keep the rights you have in what you upload and in what you create, and you are responsible for both. Before you upload a document, image or photo, make sure you are allowed to use it. Before you publish something the service produced, check it: models can be wrong, can reproduce protected material, and can describe real people inaccurately. Where a platform or a law requires AI-generated media to be labelled, label it.
How content is moderated
- Every model is run by its provider with that provider's own safety systems. A request can be refused by the provider or the model; the workspace tells you when that happens, and a refusal with no answer is not treated as a violation on its own.
- The site's own instructions to every model forbid unlawful and harmful output, and those instructions cannot be turned off by a persona.
- We do not read your conversations or creations as a matter of course. We review specific content when it is reported to us, when a provider or a payment partner flags it, when the law requires it, or when we investigate abuse or a security incident. What we review is limited to what the investigation needs.
Enforcement
If an account breaches this policy we may remove the content, refuse further requests of that kind, pause or limit the account, or end it. We weigh how serious and how deliberate the breach was. For sexual content involving minors, credible threats of violence, and activity that endangers others we act immediately and may notify the authorities; for everything else we contact the account holder before or promptly after we act, and we explain what happened. Fees already paid for a period in which an account is ended for breach are not refunded, except where the law requires otherwise.
Reporting abuse or infringing material
Email [email protected] with the subject "Abuse report" (or "Copyright notice" for infringement claims). Tell us what the material is, where it is or how it reached you, why it breaks this policy or infringes your rights, and how to contact you. For a copyright claim, include the work you believe is infringed, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised, a statement under penalty of perjury that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them, and your signature. We acknowledge every report within two business days, act on substantiated reports, and tell you the outcome. If we remove material you created, we will tell you why and you may reply with a counter-notice.
Changes
We may update this policy as the models and the law change. The date at the top shows the current version; material changes are emailed to the address on your account.
